Nice hotel and room; very friendly staff. (Outstanding: the lady handling breakfast - give her a raise :-)). Great, large pool; quiet inside and outside. Good location for visiting Norman Rockwell M. Would clearly recommend!

The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. After a long drive from Boston with two small children they treated us with kindness and generosity, and it was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was ample and delicious; the games room and small playground an added bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Very friendly reception staff. Helpful with suggestions for dinner. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly dining room staff. The room was comfortable and of a good size. The pool was a good size with a nice jacuzzi.

Great hotel in a lovely town. Very large room, with comfortable bed and clean and smelling good bedding. Large shower and plenty of cosy towels. Provide soap, shampoo and everything you need. We stayed for one night on the way north. The receptionist was very nice, and recommended us a Crowe café when we were looking for. The hotel has a heated pool and jacuzzi that made our evening unforgettable. There is also a gym not big but perfectly adequate. The check-in and check-out process were quick and accommodating. Great value for the price.

Very convenient location and it was nicely updated and modern. Our room was pretty big which we weren’t expecting. We used the pool and hot tub. We were lucky enough to have it to ourselves on a Sunday evening. Location is near everything and you could walk if you wanted but street parking was free and plentiful.

Accommodations were magnificent. Room was spacious, immaculate and easily accessible from front or back for ease of hauling gear. Better than average size mini fridge was excellent, Microwave was also very handy. Didn't use the pool facilities, but they looked equally immaculate. Breakfast was fantastic. I imagine it normally is more of a buffet, but due to lingering covid operations it was served at your request for dining there on in room. Coffee was delicious as were the scrambled eggs, bacon, juice, toast, etc. And the server was most friendly and inviting as were the front desk staff as wll.

The staff was really friendly and nice! The pool was big and clean. The room is big for two moms and two kids and clean too. The beds were very comfortable. Easy parking. The hot breakfast is a level up from the continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, and sausage, but it's not something fancy you'd ordered in a restaurant. But it was quick and simple for us to enjoy before we head out to the ski slopes. There were other families staying with young kids as well, so we chatted a bit during breakfast. A really wonderful place to stay. Would definitely return.
